Mutanjan is a sweet and delicious dish everyone loves eating and cooking. It is prepared in sweet rice with saffron, cardamom, and many dry fruits.   • Sugar – 1 1/2 cups (adjust to taste)
  • Ghee or Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Pods – 4-5
  • Cinnamon Stick – 1 small piece
  • Cloves – 4-5
  • Food Colors (Red

  • Yellow) – a few drops of each
  • Raisins – 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped Almonds – 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped Pistachios – 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped Cashews – 2 tablespoons
  • Dry Coconut Slices (optional) – 2 tablespoons
  • Rose Water (optional) – 1 tablespoon
